We are a team of pharmacists and industry experts with a clear goal: to positively impact medication adherence in the population, improving health and reducing the burden on health services.

We have created an internet-based medicine administration monitoring service, staffed by registered pharmacy technicians who literally witness medication being taken.

It is the only guaranteed way to ensure adherence; everything else, even relying on carers or health visitors, is open to abuse.

Our PAMAN Medication Support service is based on having an audio-video device (Medihub) in patients’ homes, via which staff talk to patients and record them taking their medication.

Our average medication adherence is 97% compared with the national average of just 55%.

Our Medication Support Services

Designed to ensure service users and patients take the correct medication at the right time, in the right dose, our service is staffed by pharmacists and registered pharmacy technicians who interact with the service users, through our two-way video, MediHub.

Are you a healthcare professional interested in referring patients to our service?

Our solution ensures that patients take their medication correctly: the right medication, in the right dose, at the right time. Improving patient outcomes and resulting in fewer hospitalisations, fewer readmissions, and less wastage.

Visit our dedicated PAMAN website for more information on how we help Local Authorities and NHS providers improve medication adherence for patients in their care.

Medication Support at Home, helping individuals and their families

Cost-effective care from friendly pharmacy professionals.

We know how difficult it can be to manage medicines every day, as well as having to stay on top of repeat prescriptions each month.

Our Medication Support at Home service offers affordable professional support in the comfort of your home. Up to eight virtual calls a day works out at around 15% of the cost of using a carer.

Visit our dedicated website for families and personal carers looking for support for their loved-ones.

Remlok – our Remotely Operated Medicine Cabinet

Enabling patients to self-medicate safely and live independently.

Developed for patients who forget that they have taken their medicines at their normal administration time and take further tablets between doses and may be at risk of over-medication. Or patients who would otherwise need a carer to provide access to medications.

The PAMAN system

The PAMAN system is our award-winning medication monitoring system, using two-way video to connect our pharmacy technicians to patients as they take their medicines.
  • Monitoring

PAMAN Monitors check that patients are taking their medication at the correct time, with the correct dose, at the correct location on the body.

  • Recording

The Monitors record the administration of the medicine – time, day, date and, for injections, patches, or creams, location on the body. They also record patient feedback.

  • Advising and Support

The Monitors will offer advise when asked or when appropriate to open a dialogue. All advice ‘sessions’ content and duration are recorded.

  • Feedback

The Monitors will either respond to the patient initiating discussion on medication side-effects, or will, on the request of a clinician, ask the patient for feedback on any side-effects of the medication.

  • Managing Issues

Troubleshooting medication issues as they arise is key to ensuring the service level is maintained at the highest possible level.

  • Recording KPI Data

The measurement of key performance activity is important in being able to quantify service outcomes.

  • Monitoring patient progress

Being able to review and comment on patient progress is based on observational recording of activity.

  • Completing Patient Reports

The report prepared for each patient provides evidence of the number of parameters that are monitored to ensure successful patient outcomes.
